We Identify and capture Claims/Remarks/References etc. from the Applicant filing or Patent Office actions. The pertinent claims and remarks are identified and added to client database, using applications hosted by client on their servers, as per the specifications provided by the client. The Response Shell and Pending Claims are generated, claims sets being created automatically and put into client application for use by Attorneys/Paralegals/CMG group. To ensure that work is of utmost Quality, quality check is performed on regular basis by the production team.
