Since its inception in the year 2014, SGS ITe Services has marked its presence in a various Business processing sectors. After starting work in Intellectual properties, SGS ITe has further ventured in allied sectors and is continuously seeking for challenging and exciting business opportunities. In spite of being a relatively new venture, SGS believes in careful and detailed analysis and comprehension of its client requirements and focuses on offering the most competitive and quality services to its esteemed clients.

Moreover, we also let our employees to directly interact with client so that they are abreast of client’s feedback and work in accordance to it. We believe that this approach has helped us to establish strong business relationships with our esteemed clients.

For streamlining the client-team relationship, SGS conducts regular meetings. Discussion pertaining to client feedback is discussed in the tenure of meeting. The team leaders make a point to extensively discuss feedbacks and incorporate remedial findings.

All the team members are encouraged to give possible solutions and suggest Kaizen improvements for enhancing production ability and standards.

To be precise, we ensure quality through a combination of ingenious technology, exhaustive training and compulsive quality control.

Ensuring work standard:

Regular training for new recruits is conducted in adherence with the prescribed production standards. The new recruits are inducted to respective production teams and their production process, roles, responsibilities and targets are communicated to them.

Retraining is conducted for existing employees to discuss corrections, amendments and positive feedback from clients.
